Privacy policy

This policy explains how personal data collected through vlyezko.com is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Italian data protection law (Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended). The Italian version is the reference text.
1. Data controller
Vladyslav Vlyezko. Contact: info@vlyezko.com.
2. What data I collect
- Request form: name, email address, chosen service, message text, site language, and confirmation that you have read this policy.
- Direct contact: if you write to me by email or on Telegram, I process the data you send (name, address or username, message content).
- Technical data: IP address and browser information, processed automatically by the hosting provider to run and secure the site (protection against spam and attacks).
I do not collect special categories of data — please do not include them in your message.
3. Why I process it and on what legal basis

Form data is used only to reply to your request. I don’t use it for newsletters, marketing or profiling, and I do not sell or pass it on to third parties.
4. Technical providers (processors)
To run the site I rely on these providers, who process data on my behalf and under my instructions:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — site hosting, content delivery network, Turnstile anti-spam, email forwarding (Email Routing) and delivery of form messages. Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Google Ireland Limited — the mailbox (Gmail) where I receive and keep messages. Google privacy policy.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union (United States). Such transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
If you write to me on Telegram, your messages are also processed by Telegram under its own policy, as an independent controller.
5. How long I keep data
- Messages and requests that don’t turn into a job: 12 months from our last contact, then deleted.
- If the request becomes a job: for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax records (normally 10 years in Italy).
- Technical data processed by Cloudflare: for the short periods stated in its policy.
6. Cookies and tracking
The site uses no cookies and no third-party tracking tools, and shows no ads.
Your browser’s local storage keeps only two technical items: the language you chose and whether the sign animation has already played in this session. They are needed for the site to work, don’t identify you and need no consent.
Cloudflare Turnstile, on the form page, analyses technical browser signals to tell people from bots; it isn’t used for advertising.
The site currently has no analytics. If I enable visit statistics in the future, I’ll use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and provides aggregated data only; this policy will be updated.
7. Your rights
At any time you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, or object to processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). To exercise your rights, write to info@vlyezko.com — I reply within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of your country.
8. Minors
The site and services are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
9. Changes
I may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
